1. Returns Eligibility:
- You may return most items purchased from Climax Furniture within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as mattresses once they have been unpacked, and custom-made or personalized items.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your communication.
- Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item(s) and affix the RMA label provided. Please ensure that the package is adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund or Exchange:
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and exchanges will be subject to availability.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items:
- If your furniture arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We may request photographic evidence of the damage or fault to expedite the resolution process.
6. Cancellation Rights:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period.
7. Statutory Rights:
- This return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
